Woohoo! The time has come for student submissions for who YOU believe really deserves back to school supplies. I'm calling all teachers, counselors, mentors, parents... I will be selecting as many names as I can this time around! It does not matter what state you are in, so send in those submissions! DEADLINE IS JUNE 30, 2017.

Here's how to submit:

2) Name of the student (FIRST NAME ONLY), male or female, student's age and grade they'll be entering September 2017

3) Briefly explain why you believe this student deserves to receive the back to school supply swag bag

4) Provide your contact information email and/or phone (if your nominee is selected I will be working with you directly on the best way to have the winner receive their swag bag)

Now, please spread the word nationwide and send in your submissions!!!! Don't forget to donate to the cause as well, every dollar counts.
